At Concepio we look after your data with the same care we give to brands. Here we explain, plainly, what data we collect when you request your brand reading or write to us, what we use it for, and what control you have over it.

Only what you give us through the brand reading form or when you write to us: your name, your email, your website or social profiles, and the information you share about your business (goals, challenges, channels, area, and who you want to reach). We don't ask for sensitive data or payment details on the site.
We use your data to prepare and send your brand reading, reply to your message and, if you ask, tell you how we work. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't send you unsolicited marketing.
We don't sell or share your data. To operate, we rely on trusted providers who process the data on our behalf and under contract:

We keep your request while we handle it. If we don't end up working together, we delete your data within 24 months of the last contact at the latest, or sooner if you ask us to.
You can ask us at any time to: access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use, restrict it, take it elsewhere, or withdraw your consent. Just write to us at info@concepio.com and we'll sort it out. If you believe we didn't handle it properly, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country (in the EU, your local supervisory authority; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).
Some of our providers may process data in the European Union or the United States. In those cases it's done with the safeguards required by law (for example, standard contractual clauses).
This site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work (WordPress's own). We don't use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. That's why you won't see a cookie consent banner: there's nothing to consent to. If we ever add analytics or other cookies, we'll update this policy and ask your permission first.
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
